$BZL · launching soon

A pale-green veined stone resting on a pale floor: the Bezel stone.

The model

Pledge without moving a share.

  1. 01

    Mount once

Move Stock Tokens such as $NVDA, $AAPL or $TSLA into your own Bezel vault. One vault per wallet. It is non-custodial: only you control it.

  2. 02

    Protocols place prongs

Lenders, options desks and clubs do not take custody. Each places a prong: a capped, conditional claim on N tokens in your vault.

  3. 03

    The stone never moves

Tokens stay in the vault. You keep dividends, corporate actions and free transfer of the unencumbered remainder.

Anatomy of a prong

A capped, conditional claim.

Every prong carries four fields. The contract checks them against every other prong on the vault before accepting it.

Claim
A capped number of tokens, N. The sum of all claims never exceeds what the vault holds.
Trigger
An on-chain condition. The prong executes only with proof of it, during market hours.
Expiry
A time after which the prong lapses and the tokens become free again.
Seniority
A rank. Prongs are settled in seniority order, rank 1 first.

Rules

Enforced by the contract.

For protocols

Claim without custody.

Protocols stake $BZL to place prongs and pay a prong fee of 0.05% of pledged notional per 30 days. A stake is slashed if a prong executes without valid proof.
